Comments: I have a large roof that is 23 years old and was in need of replacement. After spending hours researching for a reliable, dependable and professional roofing company, I narrowed it down to three companies using home Advisor. The estimate from 242 Home Improvement was by far the most reasonable for the same quality service. They showed up on time and completed the job in a day and a half and kept to their price. The new roof is much better quality that the old one and looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

Comments: Severen and his crew were superb. He knows roofing and took the time to research the issues and provide us with options. He was very responsive after the initial contact was made - within 24 hrs. at the house. We opted to replace the whole roof with new shingles. It looks awesome! They started on Wed. AM and finished the following Monday. Our roof is very steep with dormers, gables, - - you name it! Everything was cleaned up in perfect order. I would highly recommend 2-4-2 Home Improvement, LLC!

Comments: On time, did a great job! My home is 114 years old and the previous work was awful and my roof was rotting. Mr. Nelson quoted me a price and came in right on target. I was worried about nails being left behind because of my dogs but the clean up was great! I will call them for all my future jobs I need done and highly recommend them! His gutter contractor also did a fabulous job. So, if you need gutters done I also really loved the job they did as well!

Comments: Finally, after almost 40 years of on again, off again problems, my 1926 cottage is leak-free and well ventilated. The crew tore the roof down to bare wood finding several places in need of repair. After consultation with Severen, the owner, a well designed plan corrected the problems. He took pictures to help me understand the situation, explaining each step and the reason for the approach. Two rains later, completely dry! The price was in the mid -range of other bids. Excellent, very professional service from all.

Comments: The owner of the company came out to give us an estimate and was very nice and friendly. He even liked my wifes annoying little dog. Then when the job started his guys came out and were busy all day long. This was a complete take off and replace and they just did an excellent job. The finish price was just a bit higher than the estimate but then he dropped 100.00 dollars off of it. All in all We would hire this company again.

The owner, Severan, took my call and was able to come give me an estimate first thing Monday morning. By Thursday of the very same week my roof was complete. It took is crew less than a day to remove, replace, and clean up what they had done. 2 4 2 had very reasonable prices and Severan was very straight forward about the process and easy to work with.
